By accessing or using ZodiacMeet, including our mobile application ("the App") and official website www.zodiacmeet.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ZodiacMeet is an AI-powered astrology and self-discovery application that provides personalized astrological insights, natal chart analysis, daily horoscopes, and an AI astrologer consultation companion for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. The App provides features including birth chart readings, dual chart compatibility analysis, energy forecasts, and AI-powered astrological guidance.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use this App. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund if we discover you are under the required age, and will delete all your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You warrant that all registration information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for anyone other than yourself, or use a false or stolen identity to access the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we discover any false or misleading information.
4.1 Payment Channels: ZodiacMeet offers VIP subscription plans and virtual items. Payments are processed through three channels: Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Stripe. Each channel is governed by its respective terms of service, and we have no control over the refund process for in-app purchases made via Apple or Google.
4.2 Auto-Renewal for Stripe Subscriptions: For subscriptions purchased via Stripe, auto-renewal is enabled by default. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle for the subscription fee.
4.3 Cancellation of Auto-Renewal: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Stripe customer portal, or by contacting our support team at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will retain access to VIP features until the cycle expires, with no partial refund for the remaining time.
4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect if you do not agree to the adjustment.
4.5 Legal Compliance: All payment and refund terms in this Agreement are subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local law requires a statutory cooling-off period or refund rights, those provisions will take precedence over the terms in this Agreement.
5.1 Account Termination by Us: You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice or refund, if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, fraud, or any other behavior that harms the App or other users. If your account is terminated, you may submit an appeal to [email protected] within 7 days of the termination notice.
5.2 Account Deletion by You: You may request to delete your account at any time by sending an email to [email protected] from your registered email address. We will process your deletion request within 30 days, and permanently remove all your personal data (except where retention is required by law) after this period. Deleting your account will not cancel your active subscription; you must cancel your subscription separately before deleting your account.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the App (including profile photos, chat messages, birth data, and other user-generated content). By using the App, you grant ZodiacMeet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to copy, store, process, display, distribute, and modify your content, solely for the purpose of providing, operating, and improving the App's services. This license expires when you delete your account and content.
Astrological insights and compatibility scores are generated for entertainment purposes.
7.1 Astrological content is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or mental health advice. ZodiacMeet does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological readings, compatibility scores, or AI-generated insights.
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong SAR China, ZodiacMeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of profits, data, or reputation.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
7.4 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Service. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, government regulatory actions, internet service provider failures, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control), or failures of third-party service providers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes (including but not limited to changes to payment terms, liability limits, user rights, data processing rules, or governing law), we will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. You have the right to terminate your account and cancel your subscription if you do not agree with the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZodiacMeet, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations relating to your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR China. For consumers residing outside Hong Kong, you may also bring a dispute in the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable local law.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently discontinue the App's services at any time, for any reason. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before the service is permanently discontinued. If we discontinue the service, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your active subscription period.
