This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR China. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory refund rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including the mandatory 14-day cooling-off period under Hong Kong, EU, UK, Indonesian, and Australian consumer laws. Where local law requires a refund, those statutory provisions will take precedence over the terms in this policy.

Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases made via the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's terms of service. We cannot process or issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions.
1.3 Google Play Store Purchases:
Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases made via the Google Play Store are governed by Google's terms of service. We cannot process or issue refunds for Google Play purchases. To request a refund, visit https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory and follow Google's instructions.
Virtual items and credits (such as premium reports, extended AI consultations) are non-refundable once consumed. Unused, unconsumed virtual items may be eligible for a full refund within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period of purchase, subject to applicable platform policies and local law.
If you sign up for a free trial, you will be charged the full subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends. No refund is provided for partial free trial periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to VIP features until the subscription expires.
If you delete your account, any active subscription will not be automatically cancelled. You will not receive a refund for the remaining unused subscription period. You must cancel your subscription separately before deleting your account if you wish to stop future billing or request a refund in accordance with this policy.
In the event of unauthorized duplicate charges caused by our system error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction immediately upon verification.
If your refund request is denied, you may submit an appeal to [email protected] within 7 days of the denial notice, and we will conduct a full re-review of your case.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy, except where required by applicable law. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR China. For consumers residing outside Hong Kong, you may also bring a dispute in the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable local law.

If any provision of this Refund Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
